Prism-Health.ai provides predictive revenue and risk signal analysis for medical device and healthcare commercial teams. The Service processes business data to identify at-risk deals and forecast revenue trends.

Use only anonymized or synthetic data (NO PHI/Protected Health Information)

Upload any Personal Health Information (PHI) or patient data

Attempt to compromise the security of the Service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use the Service to make clinical or medical decisions

4. Data and Privacy

NO HEALTH DATA: This Service is NOT designed to process, store, or handle Personal Health Information (PHI) or any patient data. Users must ensure all uploaded data is properly anonymized.

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TAS Business Solutions LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Service provides business analytics only. It does NOT provide medical, clinical, or healthcare advice. All outputs are for business decision support only.

6.2 No Warranty
